My daughter is a vegetarian. Been there 3 days and has only had cereal and toast and they were told she has a gluten intolerance. What lazy ignorant staff.

It seemed alright at first, I met up with my therapist and she was kind to me. I signed some papers and then left. Once my therapy started however, it just spiraled down from there. I would show up a few minutes early every time since at the time I lived very close, but my therapist would be 10 to 15 minutes late, and then lecture me kindly that she hates when patients are late. I let is slide, feeling maybe I did something wrong but of course there was more to come. Through our therapy lessons, it felt more like a lecture than anything else. She constantly insulted me with a very sweet voice, and failed to acknowledge what was the actual matter. She just liked to throw her morals on me and tell me I am simply privileged. it was extremely unprofessional, and it would lead to me jus shutting up and not wanting to talk about it. The worst part, I was the last patient and she had no patience for me. She could not even hide her emotions and simply stared at the clock. That is how I only had ten minutes left, and she would wait for me to shut up and even end the appointment early. I did not spend long there, and I refuse to go back. It was pointless and it only felt like an elder women lecturing me the whole time. Even though she was very lovely and sweet, she was unprofessional and seemed like she was thrown there to give her opinion rather than advice for me to get better. I am not sure about the other therapists, but I know that KidsPeace is known for being awful, so I can bet that they are all no better.

the receptionist is not up to par with confirming appointments or relating information to the Therapists or Doctors. I am just not happy with the over all visit but i ADORE TINA, LORNA and some of the workers that work at kids peace.

For some reason, I had some hope their outpatient therapy would be decent, even though I had the worst experience at Kidspeace and would never recommend anyone to go there. But of course, their outpatient therapy is just as worst.

i was in kids peace for almost a year and what i saw there was very sad staff would provoke clients in attempt to get them mad so they can restrain them. staff there curse at clients and even put them down and make fun of them. the doctors there over medicate clients and basically force them to take medications if not there forced to stay in there room. on 2 occasions i saw staff hit the clients when no one is around. and most of the kids there are lower functioning so they never tell anyone or try to get help. when i was there i tried to speak with many people to talk about these terrible things that were happening clinicians, house managers, supervisors but nothing changed. unfortunately i left before i can make any changes
